EXPERIENCE

Diego Chávez has more than 10 years of experience in the regulation of the investment process of the Private Pension System, regulation of the securities market, especially regulation related to brokerage agents (brokerage firms), mutual fund managers and investment funds. He also has experience in the structuring of public and private offerings of securities and investment funds. Diego has also provided legal advice in corporate, banking and administrative law.
