EXPERIENCE

Jaime Gaviño has more than 18 years of experience practising insolvency law. His practice focuses on the handling of corporate restructuring and liquidation proceedings, in addition to providing advice on insolvency proceedings before INDECOPI.

In terms of academic teaching, Jaime Gaviño has taught insolvency law at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and Universidad ESAN. Currently, he is the head of the Insolvency Law department of the firm.
