Francisco Gálvez leads our Real Estate Business area and specializes in financing, investment funds, antitrust regulation, insolvency matters and real estate. Likewise, he assists national and international entities in various corporate and contractual matters, in addition to financial transactions, issuance of public and private bonds, the incorporation of collateral (assets and cash income), trusts and mortgages, as well as refinancing, debt restructuring and purchase of debt portfolio in case of insolvency or lack of liquidity.

In this same line, he provides advice on the management of strategic procedures for an orderly exit from the market, purchase and sale of loan portfolios and negotiations related to said procedure. Regarding academic practice, he has worked as a hired professor in Civil Law at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
