EXPERIENCE

Pamela Lara specializes in the corporate, financial, administrative, and civil aspects of law. In addition, she has extensive experience providing legal advice on Real Estate Businesses.

Her practice focuses on the process of land acquisition and financing for the development of Real Estate projects, in addition to the structuring, drafting and negotiation of contracts of all kinds. Likewise, she provides advise on the sale of Real Estate units for housing, offices and commerce.
