Esta tiene la finalidad de establecer reglas, pautas y criterios generales que coadyuven a la inspecci\u00f3n del trabajo, a fin de cumplir con su funci\u00f3n de verificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la Directiva, la solicitud de verificaci\u00f3n puede presentarse:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0<strong>De manera presencial<\/strong>, de acuerdo con el Formato de Denuncia Laboral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>b)<strong>\u00a0De manera virtual<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma \u00abDenuncia Virtual\u00bb en la web de SUNAFIL.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el d\u00eda de su presentaci\u00f3n, dicha solicitud ser\u00e1 derivada a la\u00a0<strong>Subintendencia de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n (SIF)<\/strong>, o la que haga sus veces, para la atenci\u00f3n que corresponda.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SUNAFIL ha aprobado la segunda versi\u00f3n de la\u00a0Directiva sobre la verificaci\u00f3n de despido arbitrario por impedimento de ingreso al centro de trabajo.
