{"id":1645,"date":"2023-03-13T17:32:17","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T17:32:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/arbe.com.pe\/en\/?p=1645"},"modified":"2023-03-14T19:15:53","modified_gmt":"2023-03-14T19:15:53","slug":"the-transitory-civil-chamber-of-the-supreme-court-was-created-january-27th-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arbe.com.pe\/en\/the-transitory-civil-chamber-of-the-supreme-court-was-created-january-27th-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"The Transitory Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court was created | January 27th, 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Gerencia General del Poder Judicial ha creado, nuevamente, la Sala Civil Transitoria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Rep\u00fablica, que funcionar\u00e1 a partir del 1 de abril de 2023 por el t\u00e9rmino de tres meses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En octubre de 2020, la anterior Sala Civil Transitoria fue convertida en Cuarta Sala de Derecho Constitucional y Social Transitoria de la Corte Suprema, debido a la excesiva carga procesal en materia previsional y laboral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, dado el incremento de la carga procesal de la Sala Civil Permanente, el Poder Judicial ha creado nuevamente la Sala Civil Transitoria.
