S. N\u00b0 001-2022-TR, norma que modifica el Reglamento de la Ley de Tercerizaci\u00f3n, prohibiendo tercerizar el n\u00facleo del negocio en las empresas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>INDECOPI estableci\u00f3 que la Superintendencia Nacional de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Laboral (SUNAFIL) se abstendr\u00e1 de inspeccionar o sancionar a cualquier administrado por conductas relacionadas con el incumplimiento de la restricci\u00f3n de la tercerizaci\u00f3n sobre actividades que constituyen el n\u00facleo del negocio, hasta que se resuelva el expediente principal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se ha dispuesto que, en caso de incumplimiento de esta medida por parte de SUNAFIL, le acarrear\u00e1 una multa que podr\u00e1 ser de hasta 20 UIT o S\/. 92,000.00.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El martes 18 de octubre de 2022 se dio a conocer que la Sala Especializada en Eliminaci\u00f3n de Barreras Burocr\u00e1ticas confirm\u00f3 la medida cautelar interpuesta contra la aplicaci\u00f3n del D.
